This policy describes how returns, exchanges, and refunds work on BuyChance.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange Products may be eligible for return or exchange within the return window specified on the product page, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact. Return windows vary by product category and are shown at the time of purchase and in your order details.

2. Non-Returnable Items Certain categories of products, including but not limited to personal care items, undergarments, perishable goods, and made-to-order items, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons. Non-returnable status is indicated on the product listing.

3. How to Initiate a Return Returns can be initiated through the "My Orders" section of your account within the applicable return window. Once initiated, our logistics partner will arrange pickup, or in the case of Store Pickup orders, you may return the item to the designated pickup point.

4. Refund Timeline and Method Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method or to your BuyChance wallet, depending on the payment method used for the original order. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of the returned item being received, subject to bank processing timelines for card and UPI refunds.

5. Exchanges Where an exchange is requested for a different size, color, or variant of the same product, subject to availability, the exchange will be processed after the original item is received and inspected.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report this through the Platform within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence where applicable, so we can arrange a replacement or refund without requiring the standard return process.

7. Cash on Delivery Refunds For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds for returns are credited to your BuyChance wallet or processed via bank transfer, as selected at the time of the refund request.

8. Seller-Specific Return Policies Some sellers may offer extended or modified return terms for specific products, which will be clearly displayed on the relevant product page and take precedence over the general policy stated here for that product only.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with this Policy.
